R2C Christmas Party

Nana watched Kane Saturday night so we could go to Brett's work holiday party. We went out for drinks first and then to the party. This year it was Great Gatsby themed and it's always a fun night!

Santa Visit 2015

On Friday, we met Brett downtown and visited Santa. Kane was very scared! He squirmed off of Santa's lap and didn't even want the little toy Santa offered him! Hopefully someday he will find the humor in these pictures.  Luckily, he recovered quickly and loved the train and reindeer heads :). 

Holiday events

Last Saturday was a day filled with Christmas festivities! We went to the Festival of Trees with Kane's Nana and saw lots of amazingly decorated Christmas trees, and then later went on a carriage ride, followed by dinner at Nana's.

But it was a long wait!

Kane's enjoying using a fork these days so he used one with Nana's yummy cookie :). 

Thanksgiving Day

This Thanksgiving, Brett spent the morning putting up Christmas lights, while his little helper watched from the warm house.

Friendsgiving 2015

Last weekend we had our third annual Friendsgiving with our close friends.  Such a fun tradition!  (We didn't take many pics but here are a few.)

Papa's visit

Kane's Papa was in town from Florida for the last month.  Kane loved having him here to play with!  Here are some pictures from our family brunch, painting project, watching the duck game and reading time.

Halloween 2015

Kane had a busy Halloween weekend. It started with trick-or-treating at Daddy's work on Friday, then visiting his Nana, Great Grandma and Grandpa, and neighbors for more trick-or-treating on Saturday. Sweet Kane was a pumpkin this year!!
